As Strive Sports Management transform potential to success we are dedicated to supporting the development of players.
Strive Sports have a team of FA qualified level 2 & 3 coaches to aid and support players to become the best within their teams an reach higher levels within their career.
Strive sports use one to one and group sessions to help develop fitness and specific ball work. Gym sessions with personal trainers are used to help players with maintaining a good physic and fitness. This is through cardio, core and weights.
Strive sports also focuses on healthy living and we have nutrition coaches to guide players on diets and correct nutrition to keep them fit. Players can become familiar with the standard of play, training regime and the way they maintain their bodies with the primary aim of becoming extremely fit for their football.
Contract Negotiations
SSM ensures that every contract we negotiate is in the best interest of our clients and reflects their true worth. This includes maximum financial reward and maximum financial security. When in negotiations with clubs, the players' Agent places paramount importance on these criteria’s when negotiating professional player contracts.
Transfers
Transfers are an integral part of a professional footballer’s career. We ensure our clients a smooth transition between clubs by taking care of all their professional and personal needs, enabling them to settle into their new club immediately and continue performing at the top of their game. This includes analysing the administration of the transfer and arranging and liaising with both clubs to ensure a smooth transfer.
